of legal experience, practicing securities and corporate law, most
recently at Baker McKenzie as a partner and the head of its Toronto
Corporate and Securities Group. As a former member of Baker McKenzie’s
global healthcare industry group, she brings with her significant depth
of experience in capital markets transactions in the healthcare sector.
